Secure Mobile Device Management

EMI Locker uses secure cloud-based commands to communicate with devices. When you initiate a remote lock from your dashboard, the command is sent to the device via an encrypted connection, triggering the lock immediately. The process works even without physical access to the device.

EMI Locker has offline capabilities. Lock/unlock commands are queued and will execute as soon as the device reconnects to the internet. Location tracking data is also stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored.

Our location tracking combines GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular data for maximum accuracy. In urban areas, accuracy is typically within 5-10 meters. In remote locations, it may vary up to 50 meters depending on available signals.

EMI Locker has device administrator privileges that prevent unauthorized uninstallation. If someone attempts to remove the app, it will first require entering the admin credentials set up during initial configuration.

You can configure payment schedules in your dashboard. The system automatically sends notifications via:

• In-app alerts (7, 3, and 1 day before due date)
• SMS notifications (3 days and day of payment)
• Email reminders (weekly leading up to payment)

Device deactivation initiates a multi-stage process:

1. Immediate lock of the device
2. Display of payment instructions on screen
3. Disabling of all apps except payment portal
4. Continuous location tracking remains active
